Bring a pillow, this new Tamagotchi game for Wii is going to put you to sleep! Find out why with Gary’s Tamagotchi: Party On! game review.

The Tamagotchi planet needs a new president and it could be you! The planet is packed full of cute Tamagotchi and they're holding a giant contest to find the most popular Tamagotchi and make them the president. The new Tamagotchi: Party On game for the Nintendo Wii lets you and your friends join in the Wiimote-swinging fun! But, this snore of a game can turn even the craziest party into a snoozefest - find out why with Gary's Tamagotchi game review.

Party Game Mania!

If you've played some party video games then you know how this party game works. You and your friends pick your fave Tamagotchi and run around a board, playing mini-games on each square you land on, until someone scores the most points. In Tamagotchi: Party On! you also get to decorate your headquarters and spend Gotchi wisely to gain popularity as you race to become the president. It's super easy to play and up to four players can join in.

Fun Multiplayer Mayhem

Play games, play with your friends, play as your fave Tamagotchi and decorate your campaign HQ as you race to become the new Tamagotchi planet President! There are also badges and stamps to earn as you play. The best part though is getting your friends together for a game.

What a Snore

Bad news Tamagotchi fans, this game has more issues than a comic book store! Not only does the Wii Remote barely work, there's a huge delay between each mini-game so you'll spend a bunch of time being bored. The mini-games are all single-player too, so you can't play against your friends, and there aren't even that many games to play!

Super or Stupor?

It has everything it needs to be a sweet multiplayer Tamagotchi-fest, but it blows chunks cuz it takes way too long to get to each game and there aren't any multiplayer games. Unless you really enjoy games where you don't actually get to play much, skip it.

Thumbs Up:

  • Play as your fave Tamagotchi.
  • Decorate your HQ and your Tamagotchi gets cooler clothes too!
  • Thumbs Down:

  • Wiimote doesn't work very well.
  • The mini-games are all single-player.
  • Big delays between each game.
  • Not many mini-games to play.
  • Game Rating: 2

    Available for: Nintendo Wii.
