We’re Nuts for Lil P-Nut!

Jul 10, 2018

Haven’t Heard of Lil P-Nut? Well get ready, cause we think there’s nothing “lil” about this seven year old’s rapping talent and musical skills, you might even call his sound, delicious!

Down South

Seven Year Old Lil P-Nut comes from Memphis, Tennessee, the home of other Southern rap talents like Yo Gotti and Al Kapone, and you can definitely hear the southern influence in this pint-sized performers’ raps. He’s been rapping since the age of four if you can believe it!

As Seen On TV

Lil P-Nut caught a lot of people’s eye as a small guy with a big talent when he debuted his rap skills on the Ellen Degeneres Show in September 2010. He wowed audiences with rhyming skills that would impress any music exec, and like a Southern gentleman he answered all Ellen’s questions with “yes ma’am,” impressing us all with his polite and funny manners.

Believe it or Not

We’ll have to take Lil P-Nut’s word for it, but he says he got his name from an Uncle, who said when he was little that his head was shaped just like a peanut! Can you believe that!

When I Grow Up

In his Interview with Ellen Lil P-Nut says that he’d like to grow up to be an actor or a scientist, but it looks to us like he has a bright career ahead of him as a star musician! He’s already had cameo parts in songs and on videos for bigger artists like Cymphonique and fellow Memphis rapper Yo Gotti! Right now, Lil P-Nut has fans of all ages, and he’ll probably only get more with time.
