First, cast a Lumos spell and shine the light on the Hinkypunks. This will turn them from ghosts into solid creatures so you can actually hurt them.

Now that you have the Hinkypunks vulnerable, wallop them with the Flipendo spell! It takes a blast or two, but it'll toast 'em good and proper.
