Malcolm in the Middle - Reese Cooks

Air Date:03-05-01

So that butthead Reese gets in trouble once again. This time it's for shaving some poor kid's head at school. Mom and Dad have had it and don't know what to do. They've already grounded him and taken away his tv privileges. But no matter what punishment they give to Reese, he still doesn't care.

Dad takes Reese to cooking classes as he figures Reese goofs off all the time because he isn't getting enough attention. You'd probably expect Reese to start burning stuff and stabbing people if you put him in a kitchen but it actually turns out that Reese is a pretty good cook. Before long, Reese is making the tastiest sauces, pies and cakes. He's a good cook and he actually likes doing it. Who would've thought that Reese would be good at anything other than beating people up and picking his nose.

Meanwhile that crazy Krelboyne girl, Cynthia, from Malcolm's class decides to have a party so she can meet a bunch of new friends. Malcolm makes fun of her - saying no one will come to her party because everyone thinks Krelboynes are a bunch of nerdy geeks. But that genius Malcolm ends up being wrong. Lots of people come to Cynthia's party and they like her. They ignore Malcolm because he just stands around and sulks like a baby.

While Malcolm's being a party-pooper, Reese is still busy doing wonders in the kitchen. Then on the last day of cooking class, Reese returns to his old tricks. The class has a cooking contest. Reese is the best cook but he still sabatoges everyone else's recipe by putting in salt and laxatives (that's stuff that makes you crap your pants.) When Mom and Dad find out, they're totally ticked off. They punish Reese by taking away the one thing he actually cares about - cooking. So I guess Reese will be back to making spitballs and beating people up.
