Kristin Cavallari Biography

Birthdate: January 5, 1987
Birthplace: Denver, Colorado

Kristin Cavallari lived out her life in front of millions of viewers as part of MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. Get the low-down on this real-world teen queen!

Kristin Cavallari - I Wish They All Could Be Colorado Girls

Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari was a Colorado girl until her parent's divorce split the family. Kristin and her mom moved to Illinois and her dad and bro moved to Laguna Beach. When Kristin's wild antics proved too much for her mom, she was shipped off to live with her dad in Laguna Beach. And the rest - as they say - is reality TV history.

Kristin Cavallari - California Dreaming

When Kristin first got to Cali, she was sent to a Catholic school but when she took a Driver's Ed class at Laguna High, she met Alex M. who introduced her to the rest of the Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County posse. She managed to convince her Dad to let her switch to public school, much to the dismay of the nuns!

Kristin Cavallari - She's a 20th Century Fox

When Fox's fictional TV series, The OC, began to make waves, MTV got the bright idea to create its own reality version. Kristin became one of the lucky real-life stars of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and has become one of the most popular characters in season two. She will also feature in the upcoming film Fingerprints with Brittany Snow and briefly co-hosted UPN's quickly-dropped show, Get This Party Started.

  • Kristin has been rumored to be in line for the part of Daisy Duke in the upcoming Dukes of Hazzard straight-to-DVD sequel.
  • Kristin has done an anti-fur poster for the animal-rights organization PETA.
  • Kristin would like to be either a talk show host or a news anchorwoman when she is older.
  • She is now attending Loyola Marymount University.

Kristin Cavallari Says...

"I feel like I'm living a dream - but I don't have designer clothes in my closet. I just wear them once and give them back."

Many of the reviews and critics say it's bad because they are only looking at it from 'comic to movie' perspective. It was still a really cool movie and you should go see it. I'd have to agree with this. The movie itself was great. I think some people looked at it poorly because they were expecting something more similar to the older films or comparing it too hard to the comics. I personally think that it was a great way to reinvent some of the characters.

When I was a child, Peter Pan was a big one for me. And, Shaggy from Scooby-doo for some reason.

"It's so hard to talk when you want to k-ll yourself. That's above and beyond everything else, and it's not a mental complaint-it's a physical thing, like it's physically hard to open your mouth and make the words come out. They don't come out smooth and in conjunction with your brain the way normal people's words do; they come out in chunks as if from a crushed-ice dispenser; you stumble on them as they gather behind your lower lip. So you just keep quiet.” Ned Vizzini, "It's Kind of a Funny Story"

“Isn't there something in living dangerously?' There's a great deal in it,' the Controller replied. 'Men and women must have their adrenals stimulated from time to time.' What?' questioned the Savage, uncomprehending. It's one of the conditions of perfect health. That's why we've made the V.P.S. treatments compulsory.' V.P.S.?' Violent Passion Surrogate. Regularly once a month. We flood the whole system with adrenin. It's the complete physiological equivalent of fear and rage. All the tonic effects of murdering Desdemona and being murdered by Othello, without any of the inconvenience.' But I like the inconveniences.' We don't,' said the Controller. 'We prefer to do things comfortably.' But I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want sin.' In fact,' said Mustapha Mond, 'you're claiming the right to be unhappy. Not to mention the right to grow old and ugly and impotent; the right to have ######## and cancer, the right to have too little to eat; the right to be lousy; the right to live in constant apprehension of what may happen tomorrow; the right to catch typhoid; the right to be tortured by unspeakable pains of every kind.' There was a long silence. I claim them all,' said the Savage at last. Mustapha Mond shrugged his shoulders. 'You're welcome,' he said.”
