Get the 411 on shakin’ it with Dance Dance Revolution Universe for the Xbox 360 with Gary’s video game review!

The video game series of shakin' your butt to the coolest tunes just jumped to the Xbox 360 with Konami's Dance Dance Revolution Universe game! It's the music-packed game that you play by matching dance steps to the beat with a dance pad. The faster your feet and smoother your rhythm, the more points you score. How awesome is the latest version? Gary has the 411 on DDR Universe with his game review!

Dance 'Til Your Socks Explode!

Dance Dance Revolution Universe is, mostly, like all the other DDR games you can play. You plug in a dance pad, pick a song and jump around on the pad hitting the buttons in time with the music and controls on the screen. You can dance along with more than 70 songs in all kinds of modes, from single songs to an exercise mode, multiplayer dancing with your friends and online modes for Xbox Live. There's even a quest mode where you become a pro dancer and tour North America - earning extra points and unlocking more game options as you play!

Hogging all the Awesome

It's fun, it's funky and it's packed with cool tunes! The game is loaded with gaming action that not only gets you in shape, it also exercises your dancing groove for when it's time to bust out your skills at a party or show off to your friends on a DDR arcade machine! DDR Universe even has a bunch of tutorial stuff for new players so you can become a dancing master in no time!

Rhythm and Blues

Who hit the quest mode with the stupid stick? Not only is it confusing, it's busted! And, you have to play it to unlock a bunch of extra stuff - arrrgh! The online gaming options are pretty weak too. Invite your friends over for some dancing mayhem instead and you'll have way more fun. Especially if you can get them to bring the pizza and chips!

Got Groove?

Even though the quest mode is a totally wonky, DDR Universe is an awesome game! It's loaded with cool tunes, music videos, options and it's perfect for getting a bunch of friends together for a dance party. It's also easy to talk your parents into buying it for you cuz it'll get you in great shape. Just remind them that schools use them for bonus "Please buy me this game!" points!

Thumbs Up:

  • Dance, dance, dance!
  • Lots of help to get new players dancin' like pros!
  • Party mode = awesome on toast with a side order of cool.
  • Multiplayer with your friends rocks.
  • Thumbs Down:

  • Quest mode is confusing!
  • Playing against people online is a snore.
  • Game Rating: 4

    Available for: Xbox 360.

Okay, it's not a major console or PC game, but the "How to Train Your Dragon" game just became free so I thought I'd share. I absolutely loved "How to Train Your Dragon," so I was so happy when I saw this app finally become free. It's so fun for a simple puzzle mobile game! It's so well-done, AND YOU CAN PLAY AS TOOTHLESS. Ahh, it's the best! Just thought I'd share this with you all in case there are other "How to Train Your Dragon" fans out there!

Well Wittzle Pro is a mental math card game. It's where you have to roll dice to find a target number and look for an equation using three numbers in the same row, colum,or diagonal. When you find it you yell wittzle and you call out your equation. If you get it right you get the point.

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.
