Worst Dressed - Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere looked so pretty from the waist up, but scroll down and you'll see why she's one of our worst dressed picks. Her gown, which looked like it was a bit on the "hiding a baby bump" side, was way too overwhelming for this tiny cheerleader.

Paula Abdul desperately wanted us to stare at her right boob, but all we wanted to do was stare at something else... anything else!
