Does the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets video game have you stuck? Gary loads Cheat Street full of all the secret codes, strategies, cheats and tips you need to win!

Dear Gary,

OMG! I'm at the end of the game and I can't manage to get enough house points to beat Slytherin! This is bad to me in a big way, seeing as I'm out of quests that allow me to gain points. As well, I already have distinctions in all of my academic areas except for the house points, in which I have a "B". What can I do to gain more points?
Alee

Hey Alee,

Uh-oh. It sounds like you're in trouble. Once you finish Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, you have a chance to rack up more House Points by finishing tasks and stuff but if you've already done them all then you're out of luck. Here's a list of stuff you can do to earn extra House Points. Check to make sure you haven't missed anything:

Harry Potter: The Gryffindor Message Board

You can recover lost items for their owners to score a Famous Witches and Wizards Card and House Points for each item. Here's a list of what you can find:
#1. A potion vial case. It's in a bush near one corner of the Greenhouse.
#2. A Gryffindor merit badge. Head to the Flying Pitch and search the edges of buildings to find it.
#3. A telescope. It's on top of the largest tower at Hogwarts. Fly up top with your broom, land on the tower and you'll be able to find it easily.
#4. Neville's toad. It's hiding by the Greenhouse. Flipendo it and bring it back to him.
#5. A set of measuring scales. They're behind Hagrid's hut.
#6. A wizard's hat. It's beneath the trees between Hogwarts and the Quidditch Pitch.
#7. Dragon hide gloves. To find them, head to the Confiscated Items Store Room, fly to the right and you'll find them at the end of the walkway.
#8. Gadding With Ghouls. Start by heading to the Confiscated Items Store Room and look towards the Flying Pitch. Fly to the grassy spot you can see on the right and you'll find it there.
#9. A copy of Holidays With Hags. Head out of the Hogwarts main entrance, turn right and follow the wall to find it.
#10. A pet Tarantula. It's crawled off behind the Greenhouse. You'll have to search the greenhouse walls until you find a crack. Crawl through the crack and the spider is hiding in there. Flipendo it and bring it back to the Gryffindor Common Room.

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.
