You spend enough time juggling school, friends, family stuff, and getting up to speed with Gossip Girl to worry about going to the gym. Besides, most gyms won't let teenagers join up. What's a health-conscious girl to do? We're taking a look at an exercise DVD series that claims to have the answer.

Fit Girl - Kardio Kick

Kardio Kick features tons of kickboxing-inspired moves to get your cardiovascular system into shape, burn calories and give you more energy. The 30 minute workout packs in a warm up, core-strengthening workout, stretching and cool down. The workout has variations for different fitness levels, and focuses on building up your self-esteem as much as your muscles.

Fit Girl - Dance Moves

Dance Moves features step-by-step choreography that will get you moving to build cardio-strength and bust stress. This DVD is also a 30 minute workout for all fitness levels. Certified fitness instructor Gina Guddat and her posse of real teenage girls will put you through this fast-paced, full-body workout.

Fit Girl - Bottom Line

The Fit Girl: Fitness Routines for Teens series is about building a strong and healthy body without sacrificing your strong and healthy self-esteem[/KWLINK]. The fast-paced workouts are easy to fit into your schedule and don't require any special equipment (just a DVD player!).
