Ashley Tisdale & Jordan Pruitt CD Reviews
High School Musical's Ashley Tisdale is launching her debut solo album and High School Musical: The Concert's opening act Jordan Pruitt is trying to prove that she's no ordinary girl. Do these music newbies have what it takes? We're taking a look at these up-and-coming ladies.
Ashley Tisdale - Headstrong
Better known as Sharpay Evans from High School Musical, Ashley Tisdale is out to make a name for herself. Her album is filled with catchy, parent-friendly pop that gets a passing grade, though it isn't quite as fun as the music from High School Musical or other big hits like the Hannah Montana Soundtrack. Much of the album not-so-subtly rips of pop-rock icon Gwen Stefani and, while we can't blame Ashley for wanting to emulate everyone's fave Hollaback Girl, it would be nice if Ashley found her own voice for her next effort.Ashley Tisdale - Headstrong Fun Facts
