Namco Museum DS - Game Cheats and Unlimited Lives!

Nov 09, 2007

The Namco Museum DS game for Nintendo DS packs seven old-school games, plus an awesome multiplayer Pac-Man, into a single game for tons of fun. It includes Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig-Dug II, Xevious, The Tower of Druaga, Mappy, and Galaxian. But these classic games can kick your butt! To help you out, it's Cheat Street to the rescue with game cheats and secrets to score you unlimited lives, heaps of points and more. Check 'em out here and don't forget to come back for all the game cheats, codes, secrets, hints, tips and walkthroughs you need to beat your fave games!

Namco Museum DS - Bonus Lives

You can get extra lives in the games just by changing the game settings! When you pick the game you want to play, tap Game Settings on the touch screen. From there you can choose your starting lives and how many points it takes to earn extra lives.

But be careful if you increase your starting lives, it can increase the number of points you need to get more lives later. It's handy when you're new to a game, but sucks once you get mad skills.

Namco Museum DS - Game Hints

Another big way to score tons of points is to turn on the Game Navigation mode. Pick the game you want to play, tap the Hints tab and select Game Navigation. When this mode is on, the touch screen will be full of information that can help you find items, dodge enemies and more.

Namco Museum DS - Galaga Cheats

When a big alien ship comes down and tries to grab you with a tractor beam - let it! Seriously. It'll fly back up with your captured ship and you'll lose a life, which sucks. But when the ship flies back down to blast at you, it tows your captured ship along with it. Blast the alien when it gets close and you'll get your captured ship back. Not only that, it'll clamp onto the side of your current ship, doubling your firepower!

Namco Museum DS - Mappy Cheats

Cat got your tail? Slam a door on it! You can open a door in a cat's face if you time it properly, stunning them. Plus, if you do it with the microwave door you score even more points for, well, microwaving the cats, we suppose. Eww...

Namco Museum DS - Tower of Druaga Cheats

In each level there's a bonus item hidden in an invisible chest. When the Game Navigation mode is on, you'll be able to see how to make the chest appear. Grab the speed shoes as fast as you can!

Namco Museum DS - Xevious Cheats

When Game Navigation is on, watch the lower screen for mysterious circles that don't appear on the regular screen. If you see one, bomb where it should be to reveal a Sol Tower. Bomb it again for a couple thousand points!

That's it for Namco Museum DS video game cheats and walkthroughs this week, but come back next week for the 411 on the rest of the bosses - Dongorongo, Gleeox the Two-Headed Dragon, Eox, more boat battles and the final boss Bellum! Don't forget, if you get stuck and need a game cheat code, and let him know!
