Alexa Vega plays Julie, a 14 year-old girl who just wants to be popular and nab the attention of her cutie crush, Steve Phillips. To celebrate her last day of junior high school, she invites best friends, Hannah (played by Mika Boorem), Farrah, and Yancy over for a super fun slumber party.
